November is here!
And this is a 30 000 ft overview of what you can expect from EduWise!
This month we are going to be looking at the importance of three concepts and three related topics that are so pedantic. That they are easy for new teachers to overlook. Yet, so powerful, that if you can get to mastering them in the earliest part of your teaching career. They will make your career as a whole that much more enjoyable.
So put on your thinking caps folks because we are going to be getting into things which you probably didn’t hear about in teaching school.Â
Get In The Habit Of Automating, Min/Maxing, and Practising Your Skills Ahead Of Time.Â
On November 12th we are going to be kicking things off with a discussion about the importance of automating as many of your teacher tasks as possible. To do this we are going to be putting a distinctly ‘teacher’ spin on author Ramit Sethi’s ideas about building your own ‘Rich Life.’Â
On November 19th we’ll be releasing a post all about the concept of min/maxing by diving into the pros and perils of how new teachers go about getting their food.
Finally, November 26th’s blog is going to be all about using ChatGPT and to practise developing your teacher skills ahead of time.Â

But The Pedantic Doesn’t End There
Also, for the Teachers On Call out there, if you want to head on over to our resource page you’ll be able to find the latest entry in our No User Manual Provided series.
